Jasmine is from New York. She attended American InterContinental University where she earned an associate of art's degree in General Business Administration and Management and MidContinent University where she earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology. She earned a master's of arts degree in Human Development at Liberty University and Syracuse University where she earned a master's of public administration degree. She lives in Savannah with her husband and three children.

Jasmine is a Training and Curriculum Unit Manager at the Georgia Division of Family and Children, She has worked there since 2017. Previously, she worked as a Social Worker for the Cabinet of Health and Family Services. She has completed two combat tours in Iraq.

Jasmine Polley's campaign for County Board of Education Member is her first entry into politics.
