Jonathan Chavez currently works in the business side of the medical field. Previously, Johnathan Chavez served in the United States Air Force as a medic for 23 years, including during the war in Iraq.

Hank was raised in Washington, D.C. He has a Bachelors degree from Clark Atlanta University and a law degree from Texan Southern University's law school. He lives with his wife and has two children.

Hank was a lawyer for more than 25 years in Decatur, Georgia. He was also an associate judge in DeKalb County's Magistrate Court for 12 years.
