Robert Dickey is currently the state representative for district 140. He was first elected in 2010 and has been in office for four terms. He is vice chair of the appropriations subcommittee and deputy majority whip.

Robert owns Dickey Farms, a peach and timber farm in Musella, GA.

Dickey has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Georgia and a master's degree in business administration from Georgia College. He and his wife, Cynde, have two adult children and one grandchild. They attend Musella Baptist Church.
