TOP PRIORITY

Election Integrity

As Secretary of State, advocated for making it illegal to return someone else's completed absentee ballot to the board of registrars. He also advocated to make it illegal for anyone but an authorized election official to take a ballot from a drop-box and open it. Both of these are now felonies under SB 202.
