David Oliver has a law degree from the University of Texas. He has been married to his wife, Mary Beth, for 35 years. They have two adult daughters and two grandchildren together. David and Mary Beth have been members of First Baptist Church, Georgetown, since moving to Williamson County.

David is an attorney with a general law practice in Williamson County. He previously served as a military judge and attorney in the U.S. Marine Corps for 20 years, including five years as a military judge. 

David is currently a judge on the Williamson County Court at Law. He was elected in 2022 and is currently serving his first term. Before his election, David served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 20 years and has over 29 years of experience as a licensed Texas attorney.
