Judge Hrbacek has dedicated his life to serving Fort Bend County as a judge, attorney, mayor, director on numerous boards, volunteer and neighbor. A third-generation Texan, Dean and his wife Jenny have called Fort Bend County home since 1987. Together, they raised three children here, built lifelong friendships, and became active members of The Freedom Center Church in Missouri City.

He also administers Fort Bend County’s DWI Court, a program aimed at reducing recidivism among impaired drivers.

Public service has always been close to Judge Hrbacek's heart. He served on the Sugar Land City Council from 1993 to 1996 and then as Mayor from 1996 to 2002, helping guide the city through a period of historic growth.

Dean is an attorney. He has practiced law in Fort Bend County since 1988. He previously managed his own law firm. He is also a certified public accountant. 

Dean is currently a Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives, representing District 129. He was first elected to the Texas House in 2020. He was also elected as a judge of Fort Bend County Court at Law No. 6 in 2022. Before his time in the Texas House, Dean served as the mayor of Sugar Land from 1996 to 2002.

Stephen Longoria is from Corpus Christi, Texas. He has a bachelor 27s degree from the University of Texas and a law degree from Texas Southern University. He is married to his wife, Tracy, and they have three children together.

Stephen is an attorney with over 32 years of legal experience. He previously served as an assistant district attorney in Fort Bend County. He has also worked on both the prosecution and defense sides of the courtroom.
