Vince Rozier, Jr. has a bachelor s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a law degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

Vince is a judge for the North Carolina Superior Court, where he has served since 2017. He previously served as a judge for the 10th Judicial District from 2006 to 2010 and from 2011 to 2017. Before taking the bench, he worked as an assistant district attorney for the Wake County District Attorney's Office from 2001 to 2006.

Vince is currently a judge for Judicial District 10B of the North Carolina 3rd Superior Court Division. He previously served as a judge for the 10th Judicial District from 2006 to 2010 and from 2011 to 2017. He ran for a seat on the North Carolina Court of Appeals in 2016 but did not win.
