The Board of Education met for an emergency meeting to discuss the John A. Holmes High School building project budget and cost saving measures. After some discussion, the following motions were made: A motion was made by Ms. Battle to increase the project budget to $85 million dollars by increasing the contingency to be used by the approval of the Board of County Commissioners and the Board of Education. A second to the motion was made by Ms. Perry. The motion carried unanimously.

The Board of Education met for an emergency meeting to discuss the John A. Holmes High School building project budget and cost saving measures. After some discussion, the following motions were made: A motion was made by Mr. Lewis to lock in the project scope with the recommended cost savings as discussed. A second to the motion was made by Ms. Perry. The motion carried unanimously.
