Kimberly is a judge for Warren District Court. She was appointed to this position in 2021. Before taking the bench, she worked as a prosecutor for over 25 years. She served as first assistant commonwealth attorney for Warren County from 2005 to 2021. She also worked as an attorney for the Warren County Drug Task Force from 1997 to 2003 and as an assistant commonwealth attorney for Simpson and Allen Counties from 1995 to 1996.
