Married to a teacher, Ed spends many hours each year in the classroom and has been a consistent youth mentor and classroom lecturer at public schools throughout Cobb County. Ed’s impact on education includes his service to Kennesaw State University where he has been a classroom lecturer, leadership program trainer, departmental advisor, and graduation speaker. Pastor Moore of Mission For Life Church tells the story of how Ed stepped in to help a young man of the congregation when he was wrongly accused of a crime.

Ed Setzler lives in Acworth, Georgia. Setzler earned a B.S. in physics from Furman University in 1992. He served in the U.S. Army from 1992 to 2001 and reached the rank of captain.
