Phillip Kieffer has a bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern University. He lives with his wife, Brandi, and they have three sons. He attends  Springfield Oaks Church. 

Phil is currently a County Commissioner representing Effingham County Commission District 5. He was first elected in 2010.


Phillip is currently the president of  Phillip Kieffer Construction, a construction firm in Rincon, Georgia.
