Katelyn Dickey currently serves as a Court of Appeals Judge in District 7. She was appointed to this position in 2024. She also serves as a Columbiana County Municipal Court Judge. She was elected to this position in 2019 and is serving her first term. She previously served as a Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas Judge. She was named to that position in 2018.

Katelyn previously worked as an assistant prosecutor and felony probation officer for Columbiana County. She also worked as a business law adjunct professor at Kent State University.

Katelyn holds a bachelor's degree from Gannon University and a law degree from the University of Akron. She is married and has 4 children. She lives in Lisbon.
