Melissa M. Tuttle is the Clark County clerk of courts. She was elected in 2017 and is serving her second term.

Melissa has been a practicing attorney in the state of Ohio since 2013. She previously worked as the secretary of the Clark Bar Association, and as a guardian ad litem in municipal, juvenile, and domestic courts.

Melissa earned her bachelor's degree in law, economics and business from the University of Toledo, and her law degree from Capital University Law School.
