Rosemarie earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Walsh College and a law degree from the University of Akron. She is married to Charles and they have two children. 

Rosemarie currently serves as county common pleas judge. She previously served as a magistrate from 2004 to 2011. Before that, she was a partner at Hall Law Firm. Before attending law school, she previously worked at Republic Steel and GE Capital. 

Rosemarie Hall currently serves as county common pleas judge in Stark County. She was first elected to the position in 2011 and is serving her 2nd term. 

As a partner at Hall Law firm until 2004, managed key client relationships, pursued new clients, mentored junior lawyers, oversaw certain areas of legal practice, and provided legal counsel and representation to clients, specializing in juvenile and domestic relations law.

As a magistrate from 2004 to 2011, developed and presented Working Together for Kids, a parent education and mediation program for never married parents. She held preliminary hearings in minor criminal cases, oversaw civil suits and the recovery of personal property, and issued search and arrest warrants.
