R-CCC Trustee Spotlight - Ronald J. Gatling

Ronald grew up in Hertford County and earned his bachelor’s degree at North Carolina Central University. He later attended the University of North Carolina Governor’s Academy of Professional Development. Ronald is a member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Ahoskie, where he serves as a deacon.

Ronald’s has worked with Hertford County Public Schools, serving several positions within the schools.

Ronald J. Gatling currently serves as a Hertford County Commissioner. He was first elected in 2011, and is serving his third term.
