Frank is a Brunswick County native who grew up in the rural community of Northwest and currently lives in Leland with his wife, Lori. He graduated from North Brunswick High School and earned his undergraduate degree from N.C. State University.

Frank is the president of Pioneer Strategies, a public relations and strategic communication firm he founded in 2001, and co-owner of Pioneer Specialties, a promotional products distributorship he co-founded with his wife in 2019.

Frank Williams is currently a member of the Brunswick County Board of Commissioners. He was elected 2012 and is serving his third term. He was elected to chair the board from 2016 to 2020.

Frank Williams

Jonathan was born and raised in Pittsburgh. He trained as a radiologic technologist at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and later graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in community advocacy and social policy. He currently resides in Leland with his wife. He is the youth director at Church of the Servant Episcopal Church.

Jonathan is a radiologic technologist with advanced certification as an interventional and cardiovascular technologist. He has nearly a decade of experience in clinical healthcare. Later, he worked for World Vision, managing medical donations for international programs and domestic programming. Currently, he is employed by the Department of Social Services in New Hanover County.
