Deah is originally from Memphis, Tennessee. She completed her undergraduate studies at Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science with a minor in mathematics. She has a law degree from Georgia State University College of Law. She attends Word of Faith Family Cathedral in Austell.

Deah was the Chief Assistant District Attorney under District Attorney E. Dalia Racine for Douglas County, Deputy Chief District Attorney under District Attorney Brian Fortner, and a prosecutor for the Douglas County's Solicitors Office.

Deah B. Warren is currently Superior Court Judge in Douglas Judicial Court, where she has been since 2022 and is serving her first term.

- Georgia Superior Court Judges hear a wide range of criminal cases from petty theft and public drunkenness to murder. Some cases in front of the Georgia Superior Court involve the death penalty.
