Scott Holcomb is a Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 81. He was elected in 2011, and has served six terms.

Scott is a founding partner of Holcomb + Ward, LLP, a law firm in Atlanta. He has experience serving as a prosecutor and international law attorney with the U.S. Army for six years and as a part-time instructor at the at Georgia Insititute of Technology's School of International Affairs.

Scott Holcomb has a bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut, a law degree from West Virginia University, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as well as an Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Georgia. He volunteers as a Trustee for HOPE Atlanta and the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network (GAIN).
