Robin resides in Acworth with her husband and two daughters. She received a bachelor's degree in Communications and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Kennesaw State University. She also completed a Certificate of Local Government Management from the Carl Vinson Institute at the University of Georgia.

Robin previously served as the Chief Deputy Clerk of State Court in Cobb County for seven years. Robin has also worked as a Law Library Director for the Cobb County Judicial Circuit, Judicial Program Coordinator for Superior Court Administration, director of Keep Cobb Beautiful, and Cobb County Grants Development Specialist. She also owned and ran a grants and governance consulting firm for local governments and non-profits for six years.

Cobb State Court Clerk introduces QR codes

State Court Clerks are responsible for all administrative and financial duties within the State Court. The office is split into four divisions: Criminal, Civil, Courtroom Duties, and Accounting, meaning that practically, the office can help you with all questions regarding traffic offences, fees, and court proceedings (pretty much everything except legal advice). They also handle the recordings for all state proceedings and any money that comes through the State Court office.
