Crystal Denise Harmon currently serves as the Chief Judge of the Garden City Municipal Court and as a Pro-Tem Judge in the Chatham County Recorder’s Court, City of Pooler Municipal Court, and Bryan County State Court.

Crystal has worked as an adjunct instructor at Savannah Technical College. She opened her private law practice in 2017.

Crystal was born and raised in Florida, where she attended The University of Central Florida, obtaining a bachelor's degree in political science, and later earned her law degree from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University College of Law. She currently resides in Pooler, and is a member of the historic First Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church. She is a member of the Savannah Bar Association, Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, Gate City Bar Association, and the Port City Bar Association.
