Andre has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Georgia State University and a law degree from John Marshall law school. He was born in South Africa and emigrated to the US at 15 years old.

John has previously worked as an Assistant Solicitor in Hall County and a Chief Assistant District Attorney at Chatham County. He is currently the City of Tybee Solicitor and an assistant solicitor in Effingham County State Court.
