Georgia Court of Appeals, Stephen Dillard

Stephen is from Nashville, Tennessee. He has a bachelor's in History, Journalism and Mass Communication from Samford University, a master's in Judicial Studies from Duke University School of Law, and a Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. Presiding Judge Stephen Louis A. Dillard was appointed to the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia on November 1, 2010, by Governor Sonny Perdue. He has been elected and reelected to the court in 2012 and 2018, respectively, and currently serves as the presiding judge of the Court’s Fourth Division.

Presiding Judge Stephen Louis A. Dillard was appointed to the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia on November 1, 2010, by Governor Sonny Perdue.
