Paige Maddox currently serves as a member of the Barrow County Board of Education. She was appointed to this position in 2024.

Paige Maddox worked as a parent engagement trainer for the Georgia Department of Education. She also worked as a Title I Parent Engagement Specialist, and as a school counselor in the Barrow County School System. She has experience as a professional and school counselor.

Paige Maddox graduated from the University of Georgia in 1988 with a degree in social work. She completed her master's degree in counseling and education at Georgia Southern University. She worked as a school counselor for 12 years in the Barrow County School System. She is a founding board co-chair for Young Life Barrow. She is married and has five children and three grandchildren. She resides in Barrow County.
