District 3 County Commissioner Benny Carter seeking reelection in 2024

Benny is married to his wife, Karen, with whom they have three daughters and four grandchildren together. He attends Canton First Baptist Church. He is involved with the Chamber of Commerce and Stand Up for Seniors (Volunteer Aging Council). He serves on the YMCA Community Engagement Board and the Advisory Board for Cherokee Accountability Courts.
