Kay attended Emory University and Georgia State University. She has been an active member of Cobb Executive Women since 2014 and currently serves on their Steering Committee. She is a member of the Cobb Board of Realtors MultiMillion Dollar Club and is a graduate of the Leadership Cobb Class of 2019. She has three adult children.
