Karrie Delaney currently owns and operates a small consulting firm. She was previously the Communications Director for Shared Hope International, Board President of her county's sexual assault crisis organization, and worked at a group home for foster children.

Karrie Delaney is currently the state delegate representing Virginia's 67th district. She was elected in 2017 and has served 6 terms. She is a member of the Transportation Committee; Health, Welfare, and Institutions Committee; and the Courts of Justice Committee.
