Atoosa Reaser is Iranian. She attended McLean High School. She then went to James Madison University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Modern Foreign Languages with a minor in Education. She then went to George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree. She currently lives in Loudoun County with her family.

Atoosa Reaser served as an attorney for Caulkins & Bruce, PC from 2018 to 2021. She was also the Associate General Counsel at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation from 2015 to 2017. She was an attorney at Cohen, Gettings & Caulkins from 2001 to 2003, and a Judicial Law Clerk with the Honorable Maureen Lamasney from 2000 to 2001.

- Your state delegate serves your local district in the Virginia House of Delegates, advocating for your community's needs and interests.  
- Delegates have the power to write, sponsor, and vote on proposed legislation, including all bills related to the state budget, which begin in the House of Delegates.  
- The House of Delegates consists of 100 members, each elected to represent one district.  
- Delegates serve two-year terms and receive an annual salary of $17,640.
