Josh is the current Representative for District 73 in the Georgia House of Representatives. He was first elected in 2016. He currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Defense and Veterans Affairs Committee, Vice-Chair of the Creative Arts & Entertainment Committee, and as a member of the Appropriations, Economic Development and Tourism Committees.

Josh attended the University of Georgia. He is the the owner of Southeast Properties, Inc., a commercial asset management and brokerage firm. He previously served actively with the U.S. Army. He now serves in the U.S. Army Reserve.

Josh lives in Peachtree City with his wife. They have four children. They are members of New Hope Baptist Church.
