Rebecca "Becky" Haas is originally from Richmond, Texas. She serves as chaplain and charter board member of the Descendants of Austin's Old Three Hundred organization, is a member of the Fort Bend County Museum, the Historic Richmond Association, and is a Fort Bend Museum docent.
