Ross McMullin earned his bachelor's degree in secondary education and political science from Purdue University and his law degree from Texas A&M University. He and his wife, Katie, live in Keller, Texas and have five children. They attend St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.

Ross is a managing attorney at McMullin Law Firm, PLLC. He previously worked as an attorney at Lovein Ribman and as a regional director for a member of the U.S. Senate.

He previously co‑founded a mortgage banking company and held executive roles in corporate operations, finance, and sales. He also worked as a turnaround engineer for Fortune 500 and INC 500 companies.

Tag Green has served in that role for almost seven years. He serves as chair of the Economic Development Committee.
