Paul M. Raleeh studied at Southwest Texas State University (currently Texas State University) and Collin College and graduated from the College of Justive Court Judges. He has a wife and three children, and he is a member of LifeChurch McKinney.

Paul is a judge. He has served as the presiding Justice of the Peace for Collin County Precinct 1 since 1999. Before taking the bench, he worked as a criminal investigator for the Collin County Sheriff's Office and the City of McKinney. 

Paul previously worked as an administrative court judge. He also worked in law enforcement as a criminal investigator. 

Paul is currently the presiding Justice of the Peace for Collin County's Precinct 1. He was first elected in 1999 and is currently serving his sixth consecutive term.
