What are the three biggest issues in this race? [...] Second: This court is dedicated to presiding over domestic violence cases. Domestic violence is the third-most charged crime in Tarrant County. We must continue to work to develop solutions that are effective in addressing the risk factors contributing to domestic violence. Domestic violence not only affects defendants and victims, but also the many children that must witness and live with the behavior.Third: Effective docket management is also critical to resolving these cases in a reasonable period of time.
