Neil Ramsey

Neil is a member of the Anchorage City Council. He runs an investment company, where he owns BHR Capital, a hedge fund, and holds a controlling stake in Zais Group, an investment manager. He previously served on the board of the Kentucky Retirement Systems, where he was appointed in 2016 and chaired the board’s investment committee until his resignation in 2019.
