David Graves is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master of Divinity from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He and his wife, Nancy, have been married for 36 years. They have two adult children.
