Craig William Kennedy Jr. is originally from Sardis, Georgia. He attended Georgia Southern University and later earned a degree in social studies education from the University of North Georgia. He lives with his wife and son in Sardis, Georgia.

Craig's campaign for Burke County Commission to represent District 4 is his first run for public office. 


Craig currently co-owns and operates Home Grown, a roadside produce stand and co-op at 10078 Highway 24 South in Sardis. He also previously worked as an educator and in the restaurant industry.
