Crystal Hale is a lifelong resident of Orange County and a fifth-generation native. She was raised on Black Walnut Farm, the same farm where she continues to live today. She has a bachelor of science in business administration and an MBA from the University of Mary Washington. She recently married her husband, Jamie Coleman, who is also a lifelong Orange County resident. Through this marriage, she was blessed to add four wonderful children to their family.

Crystal is the Director of Social Services for Fauquier County. She previously served as the Director of Social Services for Orange County for over seven years. She also served on the Orange County Planning Commission for three years from 2014 to 2017. Throughout her career, she has been a public servant, focusing on helping vulnerable populations. She founded and facilitated the Epidemic Intelligence Council (EpIC), a community council addressing the opioid crisis, and established the Orange Re-Entry Council, which provided services and support for incarcerated individuals re-entering society.

Crystal is currently the District 4 Supervisor for Orange County. She was appointed as the interim District 4 Supervisor in July 2023 and subsequently elected in November 2023 to complete the remaining two years of the term. She previously served on the Orange County Planning Commission from 2014 to 2017.

Plans to ensure fiscal integrity, smart spending, and protecting taxpayer interests by utilizing available funding and grants to offset expenses and prevent tax increases.

Believes in balancing business development with protecting county resources.

Robert Rabe II

Robert Rabe has proudly called Orange County home for the past twelve years. He lives in District 4 and owns Rita's Italian Ice & Custard, a small business in the Locust Grove Town Center. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, graduating summa cum laude from Liberty University. He also earned an Associate in Criminal Justice with honors from Liberty University. He began his academic journey with a Certificate in Criminal Justice from the Community College of Baltimore County. He is a devoted husband and father of six.

Robert is a State Traffic Operations Manager at the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), where he has worked for the past fourteen years. Before returning to Virginia, he served as a Police Sergeant with the Maryland Transportation Authority Police for ten years. He also owns Rita's Italian Ice & Custard, a small business in the Locust Grove Town Center.

Robert's campaign for Orange County Supervisor, District 4, is his first entry into politics.
