Alicia is an Ohio native. She earned her undergraduate degree from Ohio State University and her law degree from the University of Toledo School of Law. Alicia and her husband, Russell, have four children, all of whom were born and raised in Huron and graduated from Huron High School. She currently resides with her family in Huron. 

Alicia currently operates a sole proprietor law practice specializing in plaintiffs’ litigation, class action litigation, and representing victims of discrimination. Additionally, she owns a title company, real estate development company, and Dairy Queen. She was a founding member of Kentris, Roshong & Coleman Law Firm.

Alicia W. Roshong was previously appointed and then elected three times as Chief Prosecuting Attorney and Law Director for the City of Fostoria, from 1993 through 2007.
