Courtney earned her bachelor's degree in English and political science from Miami University and her law degree from the University of Dayton. She lives in Liberty Township. 

Courtney is the managing partner at Capparella-Kramer & Associates. She previously worked as an associate attorney at Lyons and Lyons and as an attorney and law clerk at the Burge Law Office. 

Courtney Caparella-Kraemer is currently serving as the Butler County Area 3 Court judge. She was first appointed her to the role in August 2021 and subsequently won re-election in 2022.
