Alice earned bachelor's degrees in Government and Asian Studies from Cornell University and a law degree from University At Buffalo. She is married with 3 children. 

Alice currently works as a principal law clerk for the Honorable Karen Lin. She has worked in the New York State Supreme Court, Housing Court, and the Manhattan District Attorney's office.
