Representative Brenden H. Jones (Rep)

Representative Brenden H. Jones was born and raised in Columbus County, North Carolina, where he continues to reside in Tabor City with his wife, Angela, and their two daughters. He is a lifelong native of his district. After high school, he attended Fayetteville Technical Community College and received a degree in Mortuary Science. He is a member and former deacon of Tabor City Baptist Church.

Brenden H. Jones is a small business owner who took over his family's car dealership in the late 1990s. He has also been involved in other business ventures including an auto body repair facility and a funeral home. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Majority Leader in the North Carolina House of Representatives.

Representative Brenden Jones serves as the Deputy Majority Leader within the North Carolina House of Representatives. He is the Senior Chairman for the House Transportation Committee, Chairman of the House Transportation Appropriations Committee, and Vice Chairman of the House Rules Committee. He was elected in 2016, and has served 4 terms in office.
