Leonard L. Bryant was born in February 1969 and grew up in Saluda, South Carolina. He graduated high school in 1987 and attended the University of South Carolina in Columbia. Leonard L. Bryant began his career by enlisting in the South Carolina Army National Guard and later served in the regular army as a wire communications specialist.
