Breaking barriers: Carmen Koonce Spicer's journey as Onslow's first black student

Carmen attended Jacksonville Junior High School and was the first black student to do so. She attended Prince George's Community College and holds a bachelor's degree in theology from Apex School of Theology.  

Carmen works as a realtor, broker, and property manager for her own service, Carmen Spicer Realty.
