Lori Grady Spiece is a native of New Bern, Craven County, and has resided in the Forest Hills neighborhood for the past 15 years. Lori furthered her education at East Carolina University, where she earned an MBA in 2004, and at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she graduated in 1999. Lori Grady Spiece has been actively involved in the Craven County Republican Party, serving on the Executive Committee as Member-At-Large and Community Outreach Chair.
