Chad is a lifelong resident of Lexington, Kentucky. He lives with his wife, Jill.

Chad is the co-owner of The Engine House Pub and Pizza Parlour in Winchester. He also owns two farms. Chad currently serves as Chair of Lexington’s Vacant Property Review Commission and is a member of the Board of Adjustments.
