Pamela is a Louisville native who graduated from the JG Brown School. She earned her law degree from Indiana University. 

Pamela currently works as an adjunct professor for the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and Air Force JAG School, and as a professional leadership consultant. She is a retired colonel from the US Air Force, where she worked as an attorney for 27 years. She also founded a nonprofit law firm for working families, veterans, and the elderly.
