Clint received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia and a J.D. from John Marshall Law School. He resides in Coffee County with his wife and two children. They attend First Baptist Church.

Douglas Now, State Court Judge Katy Paulk announces 2024 election campaign

Katy lives in Ambrose with her husband Daniel and their children, and they attend Ambrose Christian Church.

Katy has been a judge in Coffee County since last year and previously worked as a solicitor in state court and as an assistant district attorney.

Katy Petters Paulk was appointed a state court judge in Coffee County in 2023 by Governor Brian Kemp and is currently seeking election for the same role. 

Served 15 years as an assistant district attorney.

Handled Drug Court, which is a rehab program run through the judicial system, as an assistant district attorney in Waycross.

Served for 10 years as the Solicitor of Douglas Municipal Court.

- Despite their name, State Courts in Georgia have limited jurisdiction within their county. State Court Judges also have limited jurisdiction over the types of cases they hear, as opposed to Superior Court.
