WTVM, Acting District Attorney announces run for Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit

Don is a native of Columbus and graduated from Hardaway High School, the University of Georgia, and Georgia State University College of Law.

Don has worked as a prosecutor for 22 years and was hired as the Chief Assistant D-A by Jackson in 2022.

Don has been the acting District Attorney since District Attorney Stacey Jackson filed a medical leave of absence last November.
