Andy holds a Masters degree in Public Administration and Business Administration from Barry University. Andy volunteers for the TRIO/Upward Bound program, providing mentorship to low-income students whose parents did not go to college. 

Andy works as a Telecommunications and Information Technology consultant. Andy was also an adjunct professor teaching “Public Administration and the Political Process."

Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia. He resides in Tilly Mill with his wife Mary, and their two daughters and son. He currently serves on the Public Works and Infrastructure, and County Operations committees. 

Robert worked as a city planner for the City of Norcross in the Community Development Department. 

Robert Patrick is DeKalb County’s District 1 Commissioner. He was elected to this position in 2021, and is serving his first term. He previously served as a council member in the City of Doraville for two terms, and Mayor Pro Tem for three years.
