Arthur and his late wife, Carol, moved to Vienna in 1976. They have two children, who graduated from Fairfax County Public Schools in the mid-90s. He belongs to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He holds Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Wharton School.

Arthur worked as a computer programmer for 40 years and is now retired. He is the President of the Fairfax County Taxpayers Alliance since 1996. He was a Treasurer at Fairfax Committee of 100 from 2010 to 2019.

Jeffrey is originally from the Route One Corridor. He attended Bishop Ireton High School. He has a bachelor's degree in public administration from James Madison University. He lives with his wife and two children in the Franconia District.

Jeffrey used to be chief of staff for county supervisor Dana Kauffman.
