Newton County

Shakila is from Covington, Georgia. She attended Fort Valley State University and graduated with a degree in political science. She also received a master's in psychology and counseling from Troy University. Shakila and her husband, Rodrick, live with their two daughters in Oxford. She attends New Birth Missionary Baptist Church.
